Abstract: Pediatric dural sinus arteriovenous malformations are a rare entity. They are a consequence of abnormal vascular connections in the dural sinus, with multiple anatomical presentations. Their ethiology is unknown. Pediatric DAVM have a more aggressive clinical course than adults, in neonates that can develop congestive cardiac failure.

We report a pediatric patient with a congenital gigantic dural sinus arteriovenous malformation with a rare clinical presentation that required endovascular treatment and surgery.
