Abstract
El contraste iodado intravenoso se utiliza de forma habitual en la práctica diaria con fines diagnósticos con un índice relativamente bajo de reacciones adversas. Presentamos el caso de un varón de 44 años que presentó un edema agudo de pulmón no cardiogénico secundario a la administración de contraste iodado y que requirió soporte respiratorio en una Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos.
