Wellens Syndrome. An electrocardiogram to consider.

Abstract
A 49-year-old patient who comes to the Emergency Department due to symptoms of unstable angina. An electrocardiogram shows biphasic T waves in V1-V3, subsequently becoming negative. Electrocardiogram was subjective of Wellens Syndrome. A coronary angiography was performed with a finding of a critical lesion in the proximal anterior descending artery.
